We dispatch within 48 hours and estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days within Australia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy and fully satisfied with your Akanas, so you're entitled to return your Akanas within 14 days of delivery either for a full refund or exchange.

The Akanas should be returned in their new and original condition. The upper leather of the Akanas is made of beautiful soft leather which will start molding to the shape of your feet from the moment you put them on. So, anything beyond an indoor test drive will make them unacceptable for return.

For our handmade sandals, please try them on a smooth and soft surface such as rugs and carpets to keep the french leather soles in the brand new condition and to avoid possible scratches.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. 14 days after the delivery of your Akanas, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product for a refund or exchange please contact us at contact@akana.com.au, we will be happy to assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@akana.com.au.

Customised items

Any special orders (i.e. products that are not currently available for purchase on the website) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
