The timeframe for crafting custom-made shoes is between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on when the order is placed.

Are the custom-made shoes eligible for refund?

Custom-made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind unless they are defective. We do not offer refunds for custom-made shoes as these items are specially crafted to order and not part of our standard stock.
